Blog Cabalasas

Mission

grapesWine producers use the term micro climate not just in reference to the weather but also to other geographic factors that might influence the quality of the finished wine, like soil, altitude, position relative to the sun, angle of incline, and water drainage.

I love all things wine and when I began to outline this blog I couldn’t think of a more fitting word than micro climate to describe my intentions. Just like grapes, we are all defined by where we grow up and live; by the nuances of everything around us. This blog is about Calabasas and it’s micro climate, not just the obvious, like excellent schools, and a well planned community, but the subtleties that make Calabasas such a special and unique place to live. This blog is about the people, the off beat places, the behind the scene stories and all the beauty that makes Calabasas such a wonderful city to grow and thrive. This blog is about you, the reader.

I dedicate this blog to all those that may be thinking about moving to this wonderful community in hopes that I can give you so much more than statistics and history about our city. I want to share with you an insiders view of the culture and the sense of community that Calabasas offers. And for those thinking about moving within Calabasas, I want to explore with you the many different neighborhoods within our City.

I invite your submissions, suggestions and comments. If you have a story idea or would like to have your business, school, friend, hobby, club, or family featured, please call or email me at tracey@traceyrealtor.com. I’d be so happy to meet you and share your piece of the Calabasas micro climate.
